Learning something new
It is always an absolute pleasure to learn something new that actually helps. Through Twitter, we have been lucky to discover the website ‘Ask Dr Dani’.
Of the many wonderful IBS treatments on offer, we were drawn to the yoga. Yoga and meditation have long been recommended for stress, however we had simply not thought of them as a way forward for IBS.
To the expert
We have placed a link in below to the website, as we feel it is always best to leave subjects which we do not know enough about to the experts.
We have also included a couple of Youtube videos for you, so that you can see Dr Dani at first hand.
Finally we must add, that one of the greatest tools in the fight against IBS is an open mind, we accept that yoga may not be for everyone, however if you try it with an open mind, we believe that you will be delighted with the results:
