The emotional impact of IBS

How does your IBS make you feel ?  Far too much time can be spent on treating the physical aspects of IBS at the behest of looking at the emotional implications.  While stress and anxiety are often cited as key factor in IBS, many other emotions contribute to the symptoms.  Week by week, we will be looking at each of these emotions and looking for ways with which to to deal with them.
